UK Public Sector Sales

A leading provider of Identity and Access management (IAM) solutions is looking for someone to sell to the UK public Sector [both Central and Local Government.

Government accounts the currently work with include MoD and some associated agencies, DWP, HMRC, Houses of Parliament, Several NHS Trusts, plenty of local Gov authorities and universities [e.g. Goldsmiths, Nottingham Uni, Loughborough], Met Police.

They grew 20% in 2016 and in excess of 15% last year. Average order values are £100K – £300K but they do have deals much larger than this, the biggest ever being ~$11M in the public sector. 

You can be based anywhere in the UK and you don’t have to have sold IAM solutions to be of interest [although you do have to have come from a security background).

 

 

 

 

 

 

UK (London) – EMEA Channel Development Manager

 

This IT Security vendor has been established as a leader in 2 Gartner Magic quadrants (one for 7 years running). With significant recent investment and 3 acquisitions they now the first in the market to offer “IAM analytics” to their customers. They are looking for someone with IT Security experience who has build a channel from scratch not just in the UK but across other parts of Europe.

UK – New Business Sales – Cyber Security

This IT Security vendor has been established as a leader in 2 Gartner Magic quadrants (one for 7 years running). With significant recent investment and 3 acquisition they now the first in the market to offer “IAM analytics” to their offering. They are looking for a new business sales person who lives in or close to the City (London) to sell across all verticals with the exception of finance in the UK and near bits of Europe. Average order values are in the region of $50K although they do close deals over $100K but also some as small as $10K.

 

The role suits someone with a hunter mentality and high work rate.

 

While their offerings range from Network Security to Identity & Access Management (IAM), their primary interest is in someone who knows and has good contacts in the finance sector, not what technology they have sold. It should be noted that this role also comes with an active pipeline.

UK – London – IT Security Sales to the Finance sector

This IT Security vendor has been established as a leader in 2 Gartner Magic quadrants (one for 7 years running). With significant recent investment and 3 acquisition they now the first in the market to offer “IAM analytics” to their offering. They are looking for a senior new business sales person who lives in or close to the City (London) to sell to the Finance, Banking and Insurance sector (FBI). They have a number of significant customers in this sector already including one of the 4 main high street retail banks who spent $2M last year on a solution with them. While their offerings range from Network Security to Identity & Access Management (IAM), their primary interest is in someone who knows and has good contacts in the finance sector, not what technology they have sold. It should be noted that this role also comes with an active pipeline.

Netherlands / BeNeLux – Channel – Identity & Access Governance

A leading vendor of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) is looking for a channel manager / partner manager based in the Netherlands / BeNeLux to build a team out that covers western Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive channel contacts in the region, have a track record of selling complex, long sales cycles IT security software, preferably in a related field such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Single-Sign-On, Privilege Account Management (PAM).

SI Relationship / Alliance Manager

IDC and Kuppinger Cole both rate this vendor as being the leader in their class and they were nominated as Enterprise Security Solution of the year in 2014. They were also SC Magazine Europe award winners in 2014 and posted reveues of over $100M, up 50%+ on 2013. They have carried this success in to 2015 with Q1 (80%+ up on Q1 2014) and Q2 (70%+ up on Q2 2014) both exceeding expectations. Offerng solutions in the Identity & Access Management space they are looking for someone to manage a small number of major SI’s in the UK including Capgemini, HP, Wipro and HCL.
